General Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following General Contract Conditions (hereinafter, \"Conditions\") govern the contractual relationship between Siello Academy - Pro Football Training (hereinafter, \"The Academy\") and the persons (hereinafter, \"the Client\") who hire our training and participation services in soccer programs.<\/p>

1. Registration and Payment:<\/strong><\/p>

1.1. Enrollment in our programs is considered complete once the Client has provided the required information and has made the corresponding payment according to the established rates and deadlines.<\/p>

1.2. Payments must be made according to the payment methods and terms specified by the Academy. Late payment charges may apply.<\/p>

2. Programs and Training:<\/strong><\/p>

2.1. The Academy is committed to providing football training services in accordance with the description and dates established in our programs.<\/p>

2.2. The Client must comply with the safety and behavior rules and regulations established by the Academy during training and events.<\/p>

3. Cancellation and Refunds:<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. Cancellation of registration may be subject to cancellation fees. Specific rates and conditions will be established in the terms of each program.<\/p>

3.2. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case appropriate alternatives or refunds will be offered.<\/p>

4. Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>

4.1. The Academy is not responsible for personal injury or property damage during participation in our programs, unless it is the result of proven negligence on the part of the Academy.<\/p>

5. Privacy:<\/strong><\/p>

5.1. Personal information provided by the Client will be governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, Customer accepts the data collection and use practices described in said policy.<\/p>

6. Modifications and Updates:<\/strong><\/p>

6.1. The Academy reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on our website.<\/p>

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:<\/strong><\/p>

7.1. These Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.<\/p>
