The following General Contract Conditions (hereinafter, "Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between Siello Academy - Pro Football Training (hereinafter, "The Academy") and the persons (hereinafter, "the Client") who hire our training and participation services in soccer programs.
1. Registration and Payment:
1.1. Enrollment in our programs is considered complete once the Client has provided the required information and has made the corresponding payment according to the established rates and deadlines.
1.2. Payments must be made according to the payment methods and terms specified by the Academy. Late payment charges may apply.
2. Programs and Training:
2.1. The Academy is committed to providing football training services in accordance with the description and dates established in our programs.
2.2. The Client must comply with the safety and behavior rules and regulations established by the Academy during training and events.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. Cancellation of registration may be subject to cancellation fees. Specific rates and conditions will be established in the terms of each program.
3.2. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case appropriate alternatives or refunds will be offered.
4. Responsibility:
4.1. The Academy is not responsible for personal injury or property damage during participation in our programs, unless it is the result of proven negligence on the part of the Academy.
5. Privacy:
5.1. Personal information provided by the Client will be governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, Customer accepts the data collection and use practices described in said policy.
6. Modifications and Updates:
6.1. The Academy reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on our website.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1. These Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
